Ingredients:

Onion
2 cloves
Garlic
400 g
Potatoes
2 g
Pepper
1000 ml
Chicken broth
200 ml
Heavy cream
200 g
Kale

Steps:

1. In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium-high heat until cooked through. Use a spoon to break it up into small pieces.
2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until the onions are translucent.
3. Mix in the chicken broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer until the potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the kale and cook until it is wilted. Add the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
