Pho is a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat, usually made with either beef or chicken.

Ingredients:

50 g
Herbs
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tbsp
Ginger
250 g
Rice noodles
100 g
Bean Sprouts
1000 ml
Beef or Chicken Broth
2 piece
Star Anise
3 piece
Cloves
300 g
Beef or Chicken
1 piece
Lime

Steps:

1. In a large pot, add the beef or chicken broth along with spices like star anise, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Let it simmer for about an hour to develop the flavors.
2. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside. Thinly slice the beef or chicken, and prepare toppings like bean sprouts, lime, chili, and herbs.
3. To assemble, place cooked noodles in bowls, top with sliced meat, and pour hot broth over. Serve with toppings and garnish with herbs. Enjoy!
