A classic French dessert made with caramelized apples baked under a buttery pastry crust.

Ingredients:

100 g
Butter
100 g
Sugar
250 g
Puff pastry

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Peel and core the apples, then slice them into thin wedges.
3. In a skillet, melt butter and sugar until caramelized. Add the apple slices and cook until tender.
4. Place the caramelized apples in a baking dish. Cover with a sheet of puff pastry and tuck in the edges.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Let it cool slightly, then invert onto a serving plate.
