Bouillabaisse is a traditional French fisherman's stew originating from the port city of Marseille. It is a delicious and flavorful seafood dish.

Ingredients:

5 g
Salt
1 piece
Onion
2 cloves
Garlic
2 piece
Tomatoes
45 ml
Olive oil
2 g
Pepper
1 piece
Leek
1 piece
Fennel
1 pinch
Saffron
750 ml
Seafood stock

Steps:

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, leeks, and fennel, and cook until softened.
2. Add garlic, tomatoes, saffron, and seafood stock. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
3. Add the fish and seafood to the pot, simmer for another 10 minutes until the seafood is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
