A spicy and flavorful Korean stew made with kimchi, tofu, vegetables, and your choice of protein. Perfect for a comforting and hearty meal.

Ingredients:

1 tsp
Salt
4 cloves
Garlic
1 tsp
Ginger
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
500 g
Kimchi
300 g
Tofu
300 g
Vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, onion, zucchini)
2 tbsp
Sesame oil
2 tbsp
Gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Steps:

1. In a large pot, sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.
2. Add kimchi, gochujang, and tofu, stir well.
3. Pour in vegetable or chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
4. Add vegetables and protein of choice, simmer until vegetables are tender.
5. Season with soy sauce and salt, adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
