Szegediner Goulash Recipe
A delicious and hearty Hungarian stew made with pork, sauerkraut, and paprika.
Ingredients:
600 g
Pork shoulder, cubed
Steps:
1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
2. Add the pork cubes and brown them on all sides. Stir in the paprika, caraway seeds, and garlic.
3. Stir in the sauerkraut, tomato paste, and broth. Cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours.
4. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with bread or potatoes.
