Classic Spaghetti Bolognese recipe that is hearty and flavorful. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients:

400 g
Spaghetti
5 g
Salt
500 g
Ground beef
1 piece
Onion
3 cloves
Garlic
250 ml
Beef broth
2 g
Pepper
70 g
Tomato paste
400 g
Diced tomatoes
50 g
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion, cook until softened.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer.
4. Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
