A classic British dish featuring tender roast beef served with fluffy Yorkshire pudding.

Ingredients:

2 piece
Eggs
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper
240 ml
Milk
120 g
Flour
800 g
Roast beef

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices. Place it in a roasting pan.
3. Roast the beef in the oven for about 25 minutes per 500g for medium-rare, or adjust based on your preference for doneness.
4. While the beef is roasting, make the Yorkshire pudding batter by mixing flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Pour some beef drippings into a baking dish and heat in the oven until sizzling hot. Pour the batter into the dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
6. Slice the roast beef and serve with the Yorkshire pudding. Enjoy!
