Ingredients:

1 pinch
Salt
0.25 tbsp
Sugar
0.5 piece
Orange
0.5 piece
Ripe pear
12 g
Low-Fat Quark
0.5 tbsp
Oats
85 ml
Buttermilk

Steps:

1. Peel the pears, quarter them, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
2. Squeeze the oranges over a blender container.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Then divide into four glasses.
