Ingredients:

Garlic
2 tbsp
Olive oil

Butter

Thyme

king oyster mushrooms

Steps:

1. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or kitchen towel and cut them into slices or strips.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the mushrooms over medium-high heat until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
3. Add butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté briefly until the garlic is fragrant.
4. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
