Indulge in the rich flavors of Dubai with this decadent chocolate recipe.
Steps:
1. Measure out 30 g butter, 100 g dark chocolate, 200 g milk chocolate, 100 g pistachio puree or pistachio cream, 25 g white chocolate, and 1 teaspoon (TL) tahini sesame butter.
2. In a heatproof bowl, combine the butter, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate.
Melt the mixture over a double boiler or in a microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
3. Once the chocolates and butter are fully melted and smooth, gently stir in the pistachio puree or pistachio cream. Mix until fully combined.
4. Stir in the tahini sesame butter, blending it thoroughly into the chocolate mixture for a rich, nutty flavor.
5. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the overall taste. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
6. Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
7. Melt the white chocolate in a separate bowl using the same method as the other chocolates.
Drizzle or pipe the melted white chocolate over the surface of the chocolate mixture in decorative patterns.
8. Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours, or until the chocolate mixture is firm and set.
9. Once set, remove the chocolate block from the tray and cut it into bite-sized pieces or bars.
10. Serve the Dubai chocolate as a dessert, gift, or luxurious treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
