Arancini are delicious Italian rice balls that are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. They are typically filled with meat, cheese, and peas, and make for a perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients:

Black pepper

Arborio rice
100 g
Parmesan cheese

Breadcrumbs

Steps:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool down.
2. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
3. Take a small portion of the rice mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of cheese or a piece of cooked meat in the center, then shape the rice into a ball.
4. Roll the rice ball in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
