A classic German potato salad with a deliciously tangy dressing.
Ingredients:
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper
1 kg
Potatoes
1 tsp
Sugar
2 tsp
Mustard
80 ml
Vegetable oil
3 tbsp
White vinegar
Steps:

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.

Prepare the dressing by mixing oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Cut the potatoes into slices and mix with the dressing while still warm.
