A classic Canadian dessert consisting of a sweet, gooey filling in a flaky pastry shell.

Ingredients:

2 piece
Eggs
75 g
Butter
1 tsp
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp
Vinegar
200 g
Brown sugar
300 g

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Roll out the pastry dough and press it into four tart pans.
3. In a bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and vinegar until well combined.
4. Pour the filling into the tart shells and bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
