Rendang
Rendang is a flavorful Indonesian spicy meat dish that is slow-cooked in coconut milk and a mixture of lemongrass, galangal, garlic, turmeric, ginger, and chillies.

Steps:
1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the spice paste until fragrant.
2. Add the beef and cook until it changes color. Stir in the coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass.
3. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
