Pelmeni are Russian dumplings filled with minced meat, traditionally served with sour cream or vinegar.

Ingredients:

1 pinch
Salt
5 g
Black Pepper
100 g
Sour cream
20 g
Parsley
150 ml
Water
300 g
Flour

Steps:

1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth.
2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into small circles using a round cutter.
3. Fill each dough circle with a spoonful of meat filling, then fold and pinch the edges to seal.
4. Boil the pelmeni in salted water until they float to the surface, then drain.
5. Serve the pelmeni hot with sour cream, parsley, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
