Pastel de Choclo is a traditional Chilean dish made with a corn crust filled with a delicious mixture of ground beef, chicken, onions, olives, and hard-boiled eggs.

Ingredients:

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Prepare the filling by cooking the ground beef, chicken, onions, and seasoning in a pan.
3. Layer the filling in a baking dish, top it with slices of hard-boiled eggs, olives, and raisins.
4. Spread the corn mixture on top, smoothing it out with a spatula.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the corn topping is golden brown.
