Panzanella is a classic Italian bread salad made with stale bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and basil, dressed with olive oil and vinegar.

Ingredients:

Red onion
1 tsp
Salt
2 piece
Tomatoes
4 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tsp
Pepper
5 leaves
Fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp
Vinegar
200 g
Stale bread

Steps:

1. Cut the stale bread into cubes and toast them until crispy.
2. Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, chopped vegetables, and torn basil leaves.
4. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine all ingredients well.
