Rakott krumpli is a traditional Hungarian dish made of layers of boiled potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, sour cream, sausage, and onions, baked in the oven until golden brown.
Steps:
1. Peel and thinly slice the boiled potatoes.
2. Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs.
3. Layer the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a baking dish.
4. Add a layer of sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of the potatoes.
5. Spread a layer of sour cream over the eggs.
6. Add a layer of sliced sausage on top of the sour cream.
7. Sprinkle chopped onions on top of the sausage layer.
8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of potatoes on top.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
