Gulyás is a traditional Hungarian beef stew cooked with paprika and vegetables.

Ingredients:

1 tsp
Salt
3 cloves
Garlic
2 tbsp
Paprika
2 piece
Tomatoes
500 ml
Beef broth
1 tsp
Caraway seeds
4 piece
Potatoes
2 piece
Onions
1 tsp
Pepper

Steps:

1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
2. Add beef cubes, garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, and cook until beef is browned.
3. Stir in tomatoes, beef broth, and potatoes. Simmer until meat is tender and potatoes are cooked.
