Green Curry
A flavorful and aromatic Thai curry dish with a green curry paste base, coconut milk, vegetables, and your choice of protein.
Ingredients:
400 g
Vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms)
Steps:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add green curry paste and stir for 1-2 minutes.
2. Pour in coconut milk and stir until well combined. Add vegetables and protein of choice.
3. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender and flavors have melded together. Serve hot with rice.
