Ingredients:

Garlic

Black Pepper
250 g
Sausage

Bay leaves
300 g
Black beans
500 g
Pork ribs

Steps:

1. Rinse the black beans and soak them in water overnight.
2. In a large pot, combine the soaked beans, pork ribs, sausage, beef cuts, onions, garlic, and bay leaves. Cover with water and simmer for about 2 hours.
3. Remove the bay leaves and adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper. Serve hot with rice, collard greens, and orange slices.
