Eintopf is a traditional German stew that is hearty and flavorful. It is a one-pot meal made with a variety of vegetables, meat, and potatoes.

Ingredients:

2 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Paprika
400 g
Potatoes
300 g
Carrots
1000 ml
Vegetable broth
2 piece
Onions
1 tsp
Pepper
500 g

Steps:

1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
2. Add the diced meat and brown it on all sides. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer. Add carrots, potatoes, and other vegetables of your choice.
