A simple and vibrant layered salad ready to serve in just 15 minutes. Perfect for taking along in convenient jars, it's quick and easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

15 g
Butter
1 piece
Red bell pepper
1 piece
Lettuce
1 piece
Cucumber
3 piece
Spring onion
12 tbsp
Cold water
3 tbsp
Canned peas
3 tbsp
Canned corn
4 tbsp
Pumpkin seed oil
8 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
4 tsp
Date syrup

Steps:

1. Clean, wash, dry, and finely slice the spring onions.
2. Prepare the bell pepper by cleaning, washing, drying, and cutting it into small cubes.
3. Wash and cube the cucumber. You can also seed it beforehand.
4. Clean, wash, and slice the lettuce into fine strips.
5. Drain the peas and corn in a sieve.
6. Layer the salad into tall jars or glass bowls, but you can also use any other container.
7. Layer the ingredients: peas and corn at the bottom, followed by spring onions, cucumber cubes, and bell pepper. Top with lettuce strips.
8. For the dressing, whisk the oil with cold water until creamy.
9. Mix in vinegar, date syrup, salt, and pepper, then pour the dressing over the salad. Enjoy later by tightly sealing and shaking the jar before tasting.
10. Pair with whole-grain rolls spread with butter and topped with delicious Gouda. Enjoy your meal!
