A delicious and hearty beef and bean chili, cooked with a blend of spices for a flavorful dish.

Ingredients:

Salt
500 g
Ground beef
5 g
Black Pepper
5 g
Paprika
500 ml
Beef broth
100 g
Sour cream
4 piece
Garlic
2 piece
Onions
50 g
Tomato paste
400 g
Diced tomatoes
400 g
Kidney beans
5 g
Oregano
5 g
Cumin
10 g
Cilantro
10 g
Chili powder
100 g
Shredded cheese

Steps:

1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until onions are soft.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano.
3. Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat and let it cook for about 1 hour.
4. Add kidney beans and simmer for another 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the chili hot, garnished with shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
