Farinata di Ceci, also known as Chickpea Flatbread, is a traditional Italian dish made from chickpea flour and water, with a few added ingredients for flavor. It is a gluten-free, vegan, and delicious dish that can be served as an appetizer or a main course.

Ingredients:

200 g
500 ml
Water
4 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper

Steps:

1. In a large bowl, mix the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and pepper until a smooth batter forms.
2. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the flatbread is set and golden brown.
4. Slice the chickpea flatbread into wedges and serve hot with a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
