A classic Italian pizza topped with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and olive oil.

Ingredients:

200 g
Tomato sauce
30 ml
Olive oil
400 g
Pizza dough
200 g
Fresh mozzarella
10 g
Fresh basil leaves

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 250°C (480°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
4. Tear the fresh mozzarella and place it on top of the sauce.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
