Beef Stroganoff

A classic and hearty Russian dish of sautéed beef in a creamy mushroom sauce, typically served over noodles or rice.

Ingredients:

1 piece
Onion
1 tsp
Paprika
250 ml
Beef broth
150 g
Sour cream
200 g
Mushrooms
1 piece
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp
Mustard
500 g
Beef sirloin

Steps:

1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sliced beef strips and cook until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add diced onions and mushrooms. Sauté until softened. Return the beef to the skillet.
3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in sour cream, mustard, and paprika. Cook until the sauce thickens.
4. Serve the Beef Stroganoff over hot egg noodles or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
