A classic British dish consisting of sausages served with creamy mashed potatoes and onion gravy.
Ingredients:
800 g
Potatoes
50 g
Butter
2 piece
Onions
500 g
Sausages
100 ml
Milk
30 g
Flour
300 ml
Beef stock
Steps:
1.
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth.

Grill or fry the sausages until cooked through.
3.
Make the onion gravy by sautéing onions in butter, adding flour and beef stock until thickened.
