Tzatziki is a refreshing Greek yogurt and cucumber dip with garlic and dill, perfect for pairing with grilled meats or as a dip for pita bread.

Ingredients:

1 tsp
Salt
2 cloves
Garlic
1 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tsp
Pepper
1 pieces
Cucumber
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
1 cup
Greek yogurt

Steps:

1. Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water.
2. Mix the grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Refrigerate the Tzatziki for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
