Ingredients:

5 g
Salt
3 g
Pepper
100 ml
Oil
50 ml
Vinegar
50 ml
Soy sauce
500 g
Pork loin
50 g
Brown sugar

Steps:

1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and ketchup to make the sweet and sour sauce.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork until browned and crispy.
4. Add the sweet and sour sauce to the pan with the fried pork and simmer until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve the sweet and sour pork hot over steamed rice.
