Ingredients:

Salt

Cabbage Leaves

Ground Meat

Steps:

1. Boil the cabbage leaves until they are soft. Drain and let them cool down.
2. Prepare the filling by mixing ground meat, rice, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Fill each cabbage leaf with a portion of the filling, roll it up, and place in a large pot.
4. Pour the tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
