Delicious and light Asian appetizer filled with fresh vegetables and sometimes meat, wrapped in rice paper and served with a flavorful dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

2 piece
Carrots
1 piece
Cucumber
4 tbsp
Soy sauce
2 tbsp
Chili sauce
100 g
Rice noodles
12 sheets
Rice paper
8 leaves
Lettuce leaves
16 piece
Cooked shrimp

Steps:

1. Prepare all the ingredients - slice vegetables, cook meat if using, soak rice paper in warm water.
2. Place the fillings on the softened rice paper, fold the sides, and roll it tightly.
3. Serve the spring rolls with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
