Delicious and light Asian appetizer filled with fresh vegetables and sometimes meat, wrapped in rice paper and served with a flavorful dipping sauce.
Ingredients:

Carrots

Cucumber
4 tbsp
Soy sauce
2 tbsp
Chili sauce

Rice noodles
12 sheets
Rice paper
8 leaves
Lettuce leaves

Mint leaves
Steps:

Prepare all the ingredients - slice vegetables, cook meat if using, soak rice paper in warm water.
