Spanakopita is a traditional Greek spinach pie with feta cheese and herbs, wrapped in crispy phyllo pastry.
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix together spinach, feta cheese, dill, onions, and eggs in a bowl.
3. Brush phyllo pastry with melted butter and layer 4 sheets in a baking dish, adding spinach mixture between each layer.
4. Fold overhanging phyllo edges over the top and brush with butter. Score the top layers and bake for 45-50 minutes.
