Spaghetti Carbonara

A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and black pepper.

Ingredients:

400 g
Spaghetti
4 piece
Eggs
150 g
Pancetta
100 g
Grated Pecorino Romano cheese

Steps:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, grated cheese, and a pinch of black pepper.
3. In a pan, cook the pancetta until crispy.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with pancetta, then pour in the egg mixture. Toss everything together over low heat.
5. Serve the spaghetti carbonara hot, sprinkled with extra cheese and black pepper.
