A delicious and elegant dish of salmon wrapped in puff pastry, perfect for a special dinner.

Ingredients:

1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper
1 piece
Egg
2 tbsp
Lemon juice
2 sheets
Puff pastry

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Place each fillet on a piece of puff pastry and fold the pastry over the salmon, sealing the edges.
4. Brush the top of the pastry with beaten egg and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
