Ingredients:

Salt
1 piece
Green onions
1 piece
whole duck
1 cup
Maltose
4 piece
Thin pancakes
4 piece
Cucumber sticks

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Clean the duck, rub it with a mixture of salt and maltose, then hang it to dry for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Roast the duck in the oven for 1.5-2 hours until it turns golden and crispy.
4. Slice the duck and serve with thin pancakes, green onions, cucumber sticks, hoisin sauce, and enjoy!
