Pasta Primavera is a delightful springtime dish that showcases a variety of fresh vegetables with pasta in a light and flavorful sauce.

Ingredients:

1 tsp
Salt
2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Black pepper
3 tbsp
Olive oil
50 g
Parmesan cheese
10 leaves
Fresh basil leaves
350 g
Pasta
1 piece
Zucchini
2 piece
Bell peppers
1 piece
Lemon
200 g
Cherry tomatoes
200 g

Steps:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add the vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, asparagus) and cook until slightly tender.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Stir in the lemon zest and juice.
4. Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
