Paneer Butter Masala is a popular Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in a rich and creamy tomato-based gravy.

Ingredients:

2 piece
Onion
50 g
Butter
200 g
Tomato Puree
100 ml
Cream
250 g
Paneer
2 g
Kasuri Methi
1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 piece
Green chilies
1 tsp
Red Chili Powder
1 tsp
Turmeric Powder
1 tsp
Garam Masala

Steps:

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a few more minutes.
3. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
4. Add paneer cubes, kasuri methi, cream, and water. Simmer for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.
5. Finish off with butter, garam masala, and coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or rice.
