Palak Paneer is a popular Indian dish made from spinach and paneer cheese cooked in a flavorful blend of spices.

Ingredients:

1 piece
Onion
2 cloves
Garlic
2 piece
Tomatoes
3 tbsp
Oil
500 g
Spinach
2 tbsp
Cream
1 tsp
Garam Masala
250 g
Paneer cheese
1 tsp
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Turmeric
1 tsp
Coriander powder
0.5 tsp
Cumin powder

Steps:

1. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
3. Add chopped spinach leaves and cook until they wilt. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
4. Return the paste to the pan, add paneer cubes, garam masala, and cream. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Garnish with cream, and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
