Steps:
1. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
3. Add chopped spinach leaves and cook until they wilt. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
4. Return the paste to the pan, add paneer cubes, garam masala, and cream. Simmer for a few minutes.
