A classic Spanish rice dish filled with seafood, chicken, and vegetables, flavored with saffron and served in a large pan.

Ingredients:

1 piece
Onion
2 piece
Tomatoes
300 g
Arborio rice
4 tbsp
Olive Oil
4 piece
Garlic cloves
1 bunch
Parsley
750 ml
Chicken broth
2 piece
Bell peppers
4 piece
Chicken thighs
200 g
Shrimp
300 g
Mussels
1 pinch
Saffron threads

Steps:

1. Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion, garlic, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook until vegetables are softened.
3. Add rice, saffron, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Add shrimp, mussels, and chicken pieces. Cook for another 10 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.
5. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
