Ingredients:

Onion
3 cloves
Garlic
150 g
Carrots
200 ml
Oil
100 g
Celery
200 g
Shrimp
250 g
Ground pork

Steps:

1. Prepare the filling by sautéing garlic, onions, carrots, and celery in a pan until softened.
2. Lay out a lumpia wrapper and add a spoonful of the filling in the center. Fold the sides of the wrapper inward and roll up tightly.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with a dipping sauce.
