Soy sauce

Peanuts

Rice vinegar

Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir fry until browned.
3. Add peanuts, bell peppers, and dried red chilies. Stir in the sauce mixture and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
