Kleftiko is a traditional Greek dish of lamb slow-cooked with garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and olive oil until tender and juicy.
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
2. Season the lamb with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic. Place it in a deep baking dish.
3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the lamb. Cover the baking dish with foil.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours until the lamb is tender and falling off the bone.
5. Serve the Kleftiko with roasted potatoes or a Greek salad.
