Japchae is a delicious Korean stir-fried glass noodle dish with vegetables and beef, seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Steps:
1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes until they become soft.
2. Heat a pan with oil, stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked, then set aside.
3. Stir-fry the vegetables in the same pan until cooked but still crisp, then set aside.
4. In the same pan, cook the soaked glass noodles with soy sauce and sesame oil until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
5. Combine all the cooked ingredients back into the pan, add more soy sauce if needed, and mix well.
6. Serve the Japchae hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
