A refreshing green smoothie packed with spinach, ginger, and lemon that you can make in just 15 minutes with only six ingredients. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or a revitalizing snack.

Ingredients:

450 ml
Lemon juice
200 g
Frozen Spinach
3 piece
Ginger Root (about 5 cm)
4 piece
Orange
5 piece
Kiwi
500 ml
Apple Juice

Steps:

1. Thaw the frozen spinach.
2. Peel the ginger, orange, and kiwi, and cut them into large pieces. Tip: Make sure to remove the white pith from the orange!
3. Add the spinach, ginger, and fruit to a blender, then pour in the lemon juice and apple juice. Blend everything until smooth. Tip: Sweeten with agave syrup to taste, if desired.
4. Distribute the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
