A classic French dish of cooked land snails served with garlic butter.

Ingredients:

1 pinch
Salt
4 cloves
Garlic
100 g
Butter
1 pinch
Pepper
2 tbsp
Parsley

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the snails in the shells and top each one with garlic butter.
3. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the butter is sizzling.
4. Serve hot and enjoy with crusty bread.
