Chicken Paprikash is a traditional Hungarian dish made with chicken, onions, peppers, and lots of paprika, served with sour cream on a bed of buttered noodles.
Steps:
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the pot and brown on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
2. Add the onions and peppers to the same pot and cook until onions are translucent. Stir in the paprika and flour until combined.
3. Return the chicken to the pot and add chicken broth. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
4. Stir in the sour cream and let it heat through. Serve the Chicken Paprikash over buttered noodles. Enjoy!
