A delicious and hearty dish that combines tender chicken breast with creamy vegetable puree.

Ingredients:

1 tsp
Salt
200 g
Carrots
2 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tsp
Pepper
4 piece
Chicken breasts
150 g
Peas

Steps:

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add diced carrots, peas, and cauliflower. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Blend the cooked vegetables until smooth to make the puree. Serve the chicken breasts with the vegetable puree on the side. Enjoy!
