Steps:

1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
2. Place the steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over the steak, and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly against the grain. Serve with tortillas, salsa, guacamole, and lime wedges.
