Carne Asada is a traditional Mexican dish of marinated and grilled steak, typically served with tortillas, salsa, guacamole, and lime.

Ingredients:

Steps:

1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.

3. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
